For reasons stated in writing and filed with the record, the Court is of opinion that there is no error in the judgment appealed from. Accordingly, the opinion previously rendered by a panel of this Court on June 10, 2003 is withdrawn, the mandate entered on that date is vacated and the judgment is affirmed.
This order shall be certified to the trial court.
