("NaphCare"), and for good cause shown, Defendants' Motion for Leave to File Exhibits Under Seal is WELL-TAKEN. It is hereby ORDERED that Exhibits B(1-14), attached to Defendants' Reply in Support of Summary Judgment, are to be SEALED from the Court's file. The Clerk is also ORDERED to exclude the aforementioned Exhibits from the on-line records of this Court.
