Bowman v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.
Nov 14, 2014
169 So. 3d 1171 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2014)

Opinion

No. 2D14–4754.

11-14-2014

Robert Keith BOWMAN, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal case number 2D14–4754 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because, under the authority of this court's prior opinion in Rowell v. State, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, 700 So.2d 1242 (Fla. 2d DCA 1997), this appeal is premature.

However, this dismissal is without prejudice to appellant filing in the circuit court within 30 days from the date of this order either a mandamus petition or other appropriate legal action.

KELLY, LaROSE, and KHOUZAM, JJ., Concur.
