    Of course the chancellor retains the power to continue the case under appropriate circumstances, but that is within his sound discretion. It would not be practical or reasonable to permit one of the parties, after he, through counsel, has agreed upon a date for vacation trial and conferred jurisdiction, to withdraw jurisdiction by a change of mind.
