Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus seeking belated appeal, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied without prejudice to filing a notice of appeal of the order revoking probation rendered on March 26, 2012 or, alternatively, to petitioner complying with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c)(4).
