Westley Bourg v. Cajun Cutters, Inc. and Russell Felio

32nd Judicial District Court Case #157,962 Terrebonne Parish On Application for Rehearing filed on May 19, 2015, by Westley Bourg Rehearing: Denied At issue in this appeal is the trial court's judgment dated January 7, 2013. On appeal, that judgment was reversed, in part, relative to the allocation of fault, with this court reinstating the fault allocation set forth in the judgment dated September 20, 2012, which had been entered in accordance with the jury's verdict. Three judges on this court agreed with that action. In all other respects, the January 7, 2013 judgment was affirmed. Two judges on this court agreed with the decision to affirm the remainder of the judgment. Therefore, the opinion on appeal is not contrary to Louisiana Constitution Article V, Section 8(B).
