PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for permission to file a reduced number of copies of the briefs, for assignment of counsel and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on January 2, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Anthony Bottom sworn to June 4, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to file a reduced number of brief is denied, and

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks assignment of counsel is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [f]).

Memorandum: Assignment of counsel is not available.
