In our Order to Show Cause, dated August 23, 2021, we directed petitioner to show cause, in writing, why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small case designation be removed in this case. On January 10, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, dated August 23, 2021, is discharged as moot.
