JEANETTE C. BOSCO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Pending before the Court in the above-docketed matter is the parties' Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain, filed November 7, 2023. Upon review, the parties' just-referenced Motion appears to be more in the nature of a Motion to Calendar. On November 15, 2023, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties, who agreed that this case can be tried at the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer assigned to Judge L. Paige Marvel. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain is recharacterized as the parties' Motion to Calendar. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Calendar is granted, in that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. in the Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse, 351 S West Temple Street, Courtroom 8.100, Salt Lake City, UT 84138. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties in this case copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that trial session.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
