ORDER ACCEPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE

DAVID O. CARTER UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the pleadings and all the records and files herein, along with the July 18, 2024 Report and Recommendation (the “R&R”) of the United States Magistrate Judge (Dkt. 157). On July 23, 2024, Plaintiff-Movant filed a request that the Court accept the R&R. (Dkt. 161.) The Court accepts the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff-Movant's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. 136) is DENIED.
