This case is calendared for trial at the Court's November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session.

On October 26, 2023, docket entry 12, petitioners filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioners' Motion does not include a mailing address, email address, or telephone number of petitioners, as required by Rule 24(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

On November 8, 2023, docket entry 14, petitioners filed an Amended Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioners' Amended Motion includes a mailing address, email address, and telephone number for petitioners. Petitioners' Amended Motion indicates that respondent does not object to the granting of the Amended Motion.

The Court will accept and grant petitioners' Amended Motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Amended Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed November 8, 2023, docket entry 14, is granted in that Josie J. Harris-Walton is withdrawn as counsel for petitioners.
