Plaintiff-appellant having moved, by separate motions, for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeals taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 17, 2023 (Case No. 2023-01118), from an order of the same Court and Justice entered on or about February 14, 2023 (Case No. 2023-01272), from a judgment of the same Court and Justice entered on or about March 23, 2023 (Case No. 2023-02051) and from a judgment of the same Court and Justice entered on or about April 13, 2023 (Case No. 2023-02052), for leave to have said appeals heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the aforesaid appeals to the May 2024 Term of this Court; otherwise, the motions are denied (Motion Nos. 2023-04607/2023-04608/2023-04609/2023-04610).
