ORDER

PER CURIAM

Je'an-Claude Bordeaux ("Appellant") appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside the default judgment dissolving his marriage to Amber Bordeaux ("Respondent").

In Point I, Appellant argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to set aside the default judgment because Appellant stated facts demonstrating good cause because he did not receive notice of the default hearing. In Point II, Appellant argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to set aside the default judgment because he pled facts constituting a meritorious defense to the award of sole physical custody of the parties’ minor children to Respondent. In Point III, Appellant argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to set aside the default judgment because he pled facts constituting a meritorious defense to the award of the marital home to Respondent.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the trial court did not err. A written opinion would have no precedential value and would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b)(1).
