Appeal, No. 174, Jan. T., 1967, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, July T., 1963, No. 620, in case of Boothe Leasing Corporation v. Universal Shopping Centers, Inc. and Theodore L. Shorts. Judgment affirmed.

Replevin. Before BIGELOW, J.

Verdict directed for plaintiff; defendants' motion for judgment non obstante veredicto denied and judgment entered for plaintiff. Defendants appealed.
