Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's Status Report, filed January 17, 2024, and it appearing to the Court that petitioner's address on record in no longer current or valid, it is

ORDERED that as soon as practical after receipt of this Order, petitioner, in writing, notify the Court of her current address. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the address shown for her in paragraph 6 of respondent's Status Report.

Unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, this case will be set for trial in the spring 2024.
