PER CURIAM.

Before the Court is appellee's April 13, 2009 agreed motion to reverse the trial court's confirmation of arbitration award and render final judgment vacating award. We grant the motion, and as requested, we vacate the trial court's judgment confirming the June 20, 2007 arbitration award. We dismiss this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(2)(A).
