ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN, CHIEF JUDGE

On April 3, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On April 13, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee.

The foregoing and the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal, entered April 3, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an amended petition, is extended to May 4, 2023. If, by May 4, 2023, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
