On December 27, 2021, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a document under the designation "Motion for Title XII Decision Without Trial Consideration as Well as Cases Resolution". However, such motion is not of a type recognized under the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
