ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION THAT PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT BE GRANTED
The Court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Larson's Report and Recommendation that Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment be Granted. No objections to the report were filed. The Court finds the Report correct, well-reasoned and thorough, and adopts it in every respect. Accordingly,
Except that the Report and Recommendation incorrectly refers to Defendant Anissa Johnson as "Anita" Johnson.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that default judgment be entered against Defendants Troy Mutschler and Anissa Johnson, jointly and severally, in favor of Plaintiffs John Bonilla as Chairman and Gil Crosthwaite as Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Operating Engineers Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
