SHAYLA ANGELINE BONIELLO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 20th District Court Milam County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 26,228

ORDER

On April 1, 2020, the trial court signed an order granting appellant's motion for a free copy of the reporter's record on her pretrial writ of habeas proceeding. That court ordered the court reporter to produce a transcript of the March 5, 2020 pre-trial hearing to appellant at no cost, along with any other reporter's records necessary for appellant's appeal. Those records have not been filed with this court.

Appellant has filed a motion in this court requesting that the court reporter provide her with those records. We grant that motion and order the official court reporter for the 20th District Court of Milam County, Angela Ralston, to provide appellant with a no-cost record of the March 5, 2020 hearings held in this cause on or before August 3, 2020.

PER CURIAM Panel Consists of Justices Wise, Bourliot, and Spain.
