ORDER

Appellant filed a motion in this court requesting the reporter's record be provided to her at no cost because of her indigent status. We cannot rule on this motion until a copy of trial court's ruling on appellant's April 1, 2020 motion requesting a record free of cost is filed in this court. If the omitted item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.

Accordingly, we order the Milam County District Clerk to prepare a supplemental clerk's record with a copy of the trial court's ruling on appellant's April 1, 2020 motion.
