The judgment nisi is to be modified by the deletion of so much thereof as orders compliance "with the Recommendations of the Final Master's Report confirmed June 16, 1980, filed, incorporated and merged in this Judgment," and by the substitution therefor of a self-contained statement of the relief granted. As so modified the judgment is affirmed. The defendant is to have the costs of the appeal.
