MEMORANDUM OPINION


Marc Dennis Bolliger was convicted of assault involving family violence. Punishment was assessed at sixty days in jail, probated for eighteen months, and a $500 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not make arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3.
