FINAL JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order filed on January 19, 2005 and the Order filed on October 13, 2004, the Court issues judgment as follows:
Plaintiff takes nothing from her claims against Defendants Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Wilshire Credit Corporation, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Eldon Youngblood, Trustee; and
Costs are assessed against Plaintiff.
