Action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of certain real property owned by the name defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendant Beazley Company et al. filed a cross complaint against the named defendant; thereafter, the court, Hennessy, J., granted the named defendant's motion to strike the cross complaint, and the defendant Beazley Company et al. appealed to this court. No error.
