ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On August 13, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Decision is improper in that it refers to amounts of income tax previously assessed against and paid by petitioners for taxable year 2018 above the Judge's signature line.

Accordingly and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 13, 2021, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
