APPEAL ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW
On consideration of the jurisdictional memoranda in this case, the court accepts Proposition of Law Nos. I, II, III, and V. It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that this cause is held for the decision in 2014-1933, Hupp v. Beck Energy Corp., and the briefing schedule is stayed.
PFEIFER, LANZINGER, and KENNEDY, JJ., would accept the appeal on all propositions of law and hold all propositions for decision in 2014-1933, Hupp v. Beck Energy Corp.
FRENCH, J., dissents in part and would not accept Proposition of Law No. I of the appeal.
