COMBINED STIPULATED MOTION AND ORDER DISMISSING CERTAIN CLAIMS AS TO DEFENDANT JOELLE PETERS


Plaintiff, by and through counsel, and Defendants, by and through counsel, hereby stipulate that the causes of action for trespass and invasion of privacy against Defendant JoElle Peters shall be dismissed with prejudice. Likewise, there will be no claim against JoElle Peters for punitive damages. The parties request the Court to enter an Order consistent with this Motion.

ORDER GRANTING MOTION

This above-referenced matter comes before the Court on a stipulated motion to dismiss some causes of action and the claim for punitive damages against the Defendant JoElle Peters. Based upon the motion, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby GRANTS THE MOTION AND ORDERS that the causes of action for trespass and invasion of privacy against Defendant JoElle Peters is hereby dismissed. Also, there will be no claim at trial for punitive damages against JoElle Peters.
