These causes are before this Court on Mr. Bogle's interlocutory appeal of the trial court's Order Allowing the State to Engage in Postconviction Discovery and Petition for Writ Prohibiting the State from Engaging in Postconviction Discovery without a Show of Good Cause and the State's responses thereto. After consideration, it is hereby ordered that the interlocutory appeal and the petition are denied. All pending motions are hereby denied as moot. It is so Ordered.
