On March 8, 2023, appellee/cross-appellant filed an Agreed Motion for Leave to Supplement the Record, which stated that a relevant document had been omitted from the clerk's record. On March 31, 2023, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the omitted document. Accordingly, appellee/cross-appellant's motion is DENIED AS MOOT.
