On December 17, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report. Respondent requests an additional 30 days to review petitioner's settlement proposal. This settlement proposal involves matters that are not directly related to this docket. All matters that pertain to this docket have been resolved by the Court, and a decision can be filed regardless of the other related issues. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before January 18, 2022, to submit to the Court a signed decision document, or in the alternative, to file with the Court a joint written report as to the then current status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that if the parties have not reached a total resolution by January 18, 2022, the parties are directed on or before February 15, 2022, to submit to the Court a signed decision document.
