JUDGMENT
For the reasons set forth in Magistrate Joseph C. Spero's Report and Recommendation Re Motion for Default Judgment filed October 21, 2004, and adopted by this Court,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
That default judgment is entered against Defendant Hotel Airport Shuttle.Com, LLC, a limited liability company, also known as Hotel Airport Shuttle. Plaintiffs Board of Trustees of the San Mateo Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Welfare Fund and Matthew Mullany, Trustee, shall recover of Defendant Hotel Airport Shuttle.Com the sum of $179,451.61 in damages, with interest thereon as provided by 28 U.S.C. § 1961, and $1,040.00 in attorneys' fees and costs.
