Defendant permitted to file supplemental record on appeal, and directed to file 9 copies of said supplemental record with this Court, and defendant is directed to withdraw its currently filed respondent's brief for the June 2015 Term, to which Term appeal adjourned, as indicated; plaintiff's appeal in Mid Island, et al. v Hess Corp. has been adjourned to said June 2015 Term, and the Clerk directed to calendar the two appeals for hearing together on the same day in said June 2015 Term.
