In Bly v. State, the Supreme Court of Georgia reversed the judgment of this Court in Bly v. State. Therefore, we vacate our earlier opinion and adopt the opinion of the Supreme Court as our own.

Bly v. State, 286 Ga. App. 43 ( 648 SE2d 446) (2007).

Judgment reversed. Ruffin, P. J., and Bernes, J., concur.
