STIPULATION FOR AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Plaintiff, Blue Lake Forest Products, Inc., and defendant, Wheelabrator Shasta Energy Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, hereby stipulate by and through their respective counsel that inasmuch as the above-entitled matter has been settled in full that the entire action of all parties and all causes of action be dismissed with prejudice.
ORDER
Pursuant to the stipulation between plaintiff, Blue Lake Forest Products, Inc., and defendant, Wheelabrator Shasta Energy Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, it is ordered that this cause be dismissed with prejudice.
