Bloomberg L.P., Bloomberg, Inc., Tax Matters Partner, ET AL., Petitioner(s) v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge.

On January 18, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report and on January 20, 2023, the parties informally updated the Court on the status of the issues discussed in respondent's Status Report regarding the redactions.

Respondent's unwillingness to produce the sources of information that Mr. Benedetto relied upon in his report if petitioner is willing to treat this information as confidential pursuant to our earlier Orders is inconsistent with respondent's demands to petitioner throughout the course of this case. If this matter is not resolved by the end of this week, we will entertain a motion regarding this report which will be resolved before trial. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before January 30, 2023, to file with the Court separate written reports with their progress in resolving this matter.
