Defendant-appellant having moved pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken from four orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 23, 2018, April 18, 2018, January 13, 2017 and December 15, 2017, and, upon vacatur, to consolidate the appeals and enlarge the time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of reinstating the appeals, which defendant-appellant may perfect together, on a single record and brief, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f)(3). Defendant-appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged to the June 2019 Term.
