David J. BLEVINS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

James S. Purdy, Public Defender, and Ali L. Hansen, Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Nora Hutchinson Hall, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders appeal, we affirm David Blevins’ judgment and sentence. However, we remand for the trial court to strike the costs assessed pursuant to section 318.18(11)(b), Florida Statutes (2018), as Blevins was not charged with a traffic infraction. See Sorenson v. State , 291 So. 3d 630, 630 (Fla. 5th DCA 2020). The lower court correctly ordered these costs be stricken. However, they remain in the subsequent amended costs order.

AFFIRMED; REMANDED with instructions.

EVANDER, C.J., WALLIS and SASSO, JJ., concur.

Anders v. California , 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).
