DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Tina J. Blauman-Spindler from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 20, 2021. By scheduling order of this Court dated November 24, 2021, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until January 24, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
