Plaintiff having taken an appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 22, 2017, and defendant/third-party plaintiff and third-party defendant Best Value, Inc. having taken separate appeals from the order, same Court and Justice, entered on or about November 2, 2017, And plaintiff, Iris Blasi, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect her appeal from the order entered on or about June 22, 2017 and to consolidate her appeals with the appeals taken on or about November 2, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the three aforesaid appeals to the November 2018 Term. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeals to be heard together in the November 2018 Term. The parties are directed to file a joint record on appeal for said November 2018 Term.
