UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court summary judgment and order vacating jury trial. Eleventh Judicial District Court, Pershing County; Jim C. Shirley, Judge.

On April 15, 2024, this court issued an order granting, in part, appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the docketing statement and directing appellant to file the docketing statement by May 15, 2024. Additionally, although appellant did not move for this relief, the April 15 order allowed appellant an additional 60 days to file his opening brief or informal brief, which was originally due to be filed by March 8, 2024. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
