The judgment is vacated. The case is remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court on file. Until the further order of the court, the Piermarinis shall continue to refrain from interfering with the plaintiffs' use of the way described in the probate judge's order.
