CONSTANCE A BLANCHARD, for Plaintiff represented by JUDSON ESTY-KENDALL, PINE TREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE, INC., BANGOR, ME.

COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, for Defendant represented by ESKUNDER BOYD, SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL, REGION I, BOSTON, MA.

ORDER AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The United States Magistrate Judge filed with the Court on October 25, 2004 his Recommended Decision. The Defendant filed her objections to the Recommended Decision on November 5, 2004 and the Plaintiff filed her response to those objections on November 23, 2004. 2. It is further ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision is VACATED and the case REMANDED for further proceedings.
