JUDGMENT, § 5.1 — when summary judgment for plaintiff in action on contract for printing catalogs for defendant will be affirmed. In action on contract by plaintiff for printing of catalogs for defendant, wherein questions were as to whether contract was written or oral, etc., and wherein plaintiff had summary judgment for part of its claim, held that, under pleadings and affidavits, such judgment would be affirmed (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, par. 259.15; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 105.15).
