This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 San Francisco, California trial calendar. It was continued because the parties reported that they had reached a basis for settlement. More recently respondent reported that he has asked for computations. He reasonably asks for 45 days to get them done and draft decision documents. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before December 9, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress.
