ORDER ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

GEORGE Z. SINGAL, District Judge

No objections having been filed to the Magistrate Judge's Recommended Decision filed March 3, 2004, the Recommended Decision is accepted.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Decision of the Commissioner is VACATED and the case is REMANDED for proceedings consistent with the opinion of the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommended Decision (Docket #10).
