Opinion

No. 05-05-01286-CR

Opinion issued November 8, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F05-35160-HJ. Dismissed.

Before Justices FITZGERALD, LANG-MIERS, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Gary William Black pleaded guilty to the state jail felony offense of endangering a child and true to two enhancement paragraphs. Pursuant to the plea bargain agreement, the trial judge assessed punishment at three years' confinement and a $2000 fine. The trial court rule 25.2(d) certification states that appellant has waived his right to appeal. The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
