In Re: Harold Joe Black, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 612650.

BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY AND WELCH, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The trial court's judgment dismissing relator's suit for judicial review is a final appealable judgment. Therefore, the writ is granted for the limited purpose of remanding the case to the district court with instructions to grant' the relator an appeal pursuant to relator's notice of intent and the request for a return date order, filed on November 5, 2012. See In Re Howard, 541 So.2d 195, 197 (La. 1989). Additionally, a copy of this Court's order is to be included in the appellate record.
