By Order served November 28, 2023, the Court designated Dallas, Texas, as the place of trial in this case. On December 7, 2023, the Court received and filed a copy of Tax Court Form 5, Request for Place of Trial, that had been submitted by petitioner. Therein, petitioner has requested that the place of trial in this case be changed to Nashville, Tennessee.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Request for Place of Trial at Nashville, TN, filed December 7, 2023, is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial to Nashville, Tennessee. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced Motion is granted, and the place of trial in this case is changed to Nashville, Tennessee.
