On February 10, 2023, petitioners filed five documents, two of which are improperly titled Brief in Support of Notice of Attachments in the Nature of Evidence (Docs. 8 and 9) and three of which are improperly titled Brief in Support of Brief in Support of Notice of Attachments in the Nature of Evidence (Docs. 10, 11, and 12). Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that each of the above-referenced documents is recharacterized as an Exhibit. Petitioners are advised that these documents have not been received into evidence by the Court and that the proper time to present evidentiary materials to the Court is at the trial of this matter.
